Why do you charge £100 for a site survey?
Because a price for roofing or roughcasting given over the phone is a guess. The survey gets a tradesperson on site to look at the job properly, so the price you get is one we can stand by. If you book the work with us within 30 days, the £100 comes straight off your bill.
Do you cover my area?
Glasgow, Rutherglen and South Lanarkshire are our home patch, including Cambuslang, Burnside and East Kilbride, and we regularly work in Bearsden and Milngavie. We'll travel further for the right job — just ask.
How quickly can you come out?
We aim to get a site survey booked in within a few days — sooner if water is actively getting into the property. If it's urgent, call rather than using the form.
Is there a guarantee on the work?
Yes. The guarantee depends on the job — a minor repair and a full re-roof are different — so we'll give you the specific terms in writing with your price.
Can you help with a storm damage insurance claim?
We can provide a written report and photographs of storm or accidental damage to support your claim, then carry out the repair once it's approved.
